About Amber
As a third-generation horse trainer, I grew up immersed in the world of hunters, jumpers, and equitation, spending my childhood in the barn and my weekends in the show ring. I started riding at the age of three and once my junior career was over, turned professional.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working and riding with some of the top trainers in the country. My career has taken me from coast to coast, competing at premier venues as well as overseas to Europe to source exceptional horses. I also hold a associates degree in human resources and a bachelors of science in health policy.
Today, I operate a small, private, boutique facility in North Carolina. Here I focus on personalized training programs for both horse and rider. My goal is to create confident, capable partnerships — whether you’re stepping onto a horse for the first time or chasing success on the A-circuit.
In my free time you can find me chasing my toddler, planting in my garden, writing children’s books or working on my strength in the gym.
With a lifetime of experience, a strong foundation in horsemanship, and a passion for helping riders reach their goals, I’m excited to welcome you to Amber Sky Farm.
